Refund Policy for Customized Items

At Sidewinder Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we have the following refund policy in place:

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order for a customized item is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not match the approved design specifications. If a refund is granted, it will be considered final, and no further claims will be accepted.

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Info@sidewinderdesign.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

  • Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for reviewing all details (e.g., design, spelling, size) before finalizing their purchase. We cannot offer refunds for errors made in the ordering process.
